In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities

Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, and must not exceed passenger or weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.

Liability Limitations
